Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Taara Silver. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Timeframe: You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return for damaged items only.

Damaged Item Returns: If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us via email at returns@taara.co or through WhatsApp at +91 7619527483 within 48 hours. To process the return, you must provide a 360-degree unboxing video of the product, clearly showing the damage or missing parts. Upon verification, we will bear the cost of return shipping for the damaged item.

Exchange Policy: For all other products, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for the exchange to be eligible.

Refunds for Damaged Items: Refunds for damaged items will be processed after we receive the product back. You can choose to receive the refund via bank transfer or as store credits for future purchases.

Exchanges Procedure: Once we receive the product and conduct a quality check, the exchanged item will be shipped. Exchanges are provided for items of equal or greater value.

Cost of Return Shipping for Exchange: For exchanges, the cost of return shipping will be Rs. 100, which may be borne by us depending on the reason for return.

Exemptions for Damaged or Missing Products: All products will be exempted from return upon a claim of receiving damaged or missing items unless a 360-degree unboxing video is provided as proof.

Cancellation and Refund for Prepaid Orders: If you wish to cancel a prepaid order and the product has not already left our warehouse, we will initiate a refund immediately. If the product has been shipped, we request you to deny the delivery to the executive. Once the item is back in our warehouse, a refund will be initiated according to your chosen preference (payment or store credits), and no fee will be charged.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to inform us about damaged or exchange requests via email or WhatsApp within the allowed duration.

International Orders: For international orders, we strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds. We take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your items, including providing a video of the packing process before shipping.

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or change our return and refund policy without any prior notice.
